Winemaking:
Harvest for boxes of 20 kgs at the optimum point of maturation of the grapes. Rigorous selection and choice of bunches and berries held in the vineyard and at the winery, on 100% of the grapes. Fermentation in wineries with pre-fermentative cold maceration. Stage for 12 months in French oak barrels chosen from the best coopers.
