Winemaking:
Total destemming, fermentation with 25% skin maceration, light pressing and addition of press wine to the batch. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, which provided a refined structure and additional smoothness.

Deep and intense ruby colour. Complex aroma, dominated by black fruit such as plum and ripe blackcurrant with hints of bell pepper. Dense tannins and high acidity, giving the wine great longevity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pair with dry cheeses, pork plumas and secretos, and dishes seasoned with green spices (basil, oregano, rosemary, or thyme).
