Product details

Winemaking:
The vineyard is around 20 years old and is planted on poor, well-drained sandy ‘charneca’ soils. After cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24ºC for 7 days. Ageing in first use French oak barrels for 9 months.
