Winemaking:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with controlled fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and subsequently aged for 9 months in the bottle.

Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet,Tinta Roriz,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Intense and complex, where notes of red fruits and forest fruits, jam, jelly and tobacco predominate. Intense and fruity with powerful yet round and sweet tannins, voluminous and well-structured, providing a persistent and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with dishes that have a strong flavor, especially meats and cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
