Tasting Notes:
Vibrant purple red brut in darkness. Impressively seductive with blackberry and cassis fruits jam. Modern stylish with huge extract and has pronounced black berry fruit, black chocolate, spicy notes with structure. Very long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Recommend with roasted meats, game and rich pasta sauces or barbecued steaks and ripe cheeses.
