Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with controlled fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Aged for 4 months in oak barrels and subsequently aged for 9 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Of good intensity with notes of raspberry, currant and black pepper. Fruity, smooth, balanced and fresh with good structure, finishing with very present toasty notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with red meat dishes and well-seasoned dishes, especially game and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
