Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature up to 26ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color, with a good intensity of wild berries and notes of coffee and chocolate. Soft tannins and a persistent finish. Excellent wine to keep and drink in a few years.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
