Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning hours and gently pressed. 30% of the wine ferments and ages in used French oak barrels, the remaining 70% in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months, 30% in used French oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel vats. The wood adds complexity, structure, and a subtle hint of spice, while the stainless steel preserves freshness, fruit, and acidity. During this period, regular bâtonnage is performed on the fine lees, which contributes to the texture and balance of the final blend.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, with a straw-yellow hue and slight greenish reflections. Expressive nose, with delicate floral notes, white-fleshed fruit (pear, green apple), fresh citrus, and a mineral nuance. Very well-integrated wood. On the palate, a creamy texture balanced by a lively, well-defined acidity. Partial barrel aging adds volume and elegance without overpowering. Long finish, with a slight saline and wet stone note.

Serve at 10/12ºC.

Excellent with seafood, grilled fish, light Asian cuisine or simply as a sophisticated appetizer.
