Destemming, light pressing, cold static decanting. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and is transferred to 400 litre French oak barrels to finish fermenting and ageing for 8 months. Ageing in French oak barrels for 8 months with bâtonnage.

Straw yellow colour, attractive. Rich and complex aroma with notes of fresh apple fruit evolving into more ripe and tropical fruit, surrounded by a slight buttery flavour resulting from well-integrated wood; dry wine with lively acidity, medium body but very well balanced in its fruit and barrel notes, with a rich, fresh and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal drinking temperature 10 -12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
