Pneumatic press without stemming. Fermentation of 30% in oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks with regular "bâtonnage".

With a beautiful citrus colour, it shows an intense floral and fresh aromas. The result is a complex, elegant wine with a long, persistent after-taste in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 8 and 12º.

Good with fatty fish like tuna or salmon with green asparagus crunchy, slightly smoked mackerel.
