Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC until the sugars have completely broken down. Ageing in stainless steel vats on fine lees until bottling. In addition, six months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
This wine reflects the expression of the Alvarinho grape variety in the granite soils of the Monção and Melgaço terroir. Highly refreshing, it has a citrus colour and fruity aromas, with an enveloping flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 12ºC-14ºC.

Goes well with fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
