Tasting Notes:
White colour citrus. Great aromatic exuberance, where exotic fruits and some mineral notes, with a little touch of well-integrated wood predominate. The palate is dense, fresh and complex with an amazing acidity, revealing all its minerality, fruit and freshness, with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is ideal with light seafood dishes and meat.
