Whole bunch pressing, with fermentation in used barrels of 228L, preceded by stage on lees for 6 months, with bâtonnage in the first 3 months.

Rabigato,Viosinho,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow wine, very marked by its minerality, lemonade fruit and elegant presence of stage notes in new and used barrel. In the mouth it is vibrant and broad, with medium and very long final structure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
