Manual harvesting. Total destemming followed by crushing. The grapes are fermented by vine varieties and vineyards, with the aim of making the selection that allows a better final result. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of small capacity, at a temperature of 28ºC. Controlled and gentle maceration, with the aim of obtaining concentrated, aromatic and elegant wines. 18 months staging in French and American oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of black fruits, with notes of liquorice, spices, violets, bergamot and stevia. Very complex and elegant, very ripe, with soft but firm tannins, making this wine long and full with fruity flavour, anticipating an excellent bottle aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ready to consume but also with favourable bottle longevity potential.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with game meat, roasted meats or intense cheeses.
