Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby red colour, intense and complex aroma, notes of very ripe red fruits, chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is dense, with lively acidity, marked by high quality tannins. The aromas of red fruits and spices are evident in the mouth. Long and balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service Temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat, game, slow cooked roasts and cheese.
