Complete destemming, gentle crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentation maceration in a wine press for between 12 and 24 hours. After this, the masses were transferred to wide, low fermentation vats, where they fermented for 10 days at temperatures between 24 and 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally and was completed at the end of December. Aged for 24 months in new French barrels.

Tasting Notes:
With great aromatic intensity, rich and complex. Ripe fruit, floral notes of great character, clearly revealing the origin of the wine and the oenological care taken. The aging in barrels gives it the complexity and support to make it a great wine for ageing. In the mouth it is structured, with high-quality tannins, long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
