Tasting Notes:
Slight greenish yellow colour, fine and persistent bubble. White pulp fruits (eg green apples) and citrus fruits. Good volume in the mouth, balanced, excellent mousse. Intense, creamy and engaging.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 6º and 8º C.

As an aperitif or with light sausages, fish, seafood and grilled meats.
