Aneto Pet Nat White 2025

Portugal
Pale pink to salmon colour, slightly cloudy (characteristic of unfiltered pét-nat). Fine and delicate bubbles, less persistent than in a traditional sparkling wine. Fresh red fruit: strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant. Subtle floral notes. Slightly fermentative/bready touch (due to natural fermentation). Sometimes a more rustic or mineral side. Very fresh, with vibrant acidity. Light body and dry profile (or slightly off-dry, depending on the batch). Crisp fruit with a light natural effervescence. Short to medium finish, refreshing and easy to drink.
