Tasting Notes:
Light yellow with some golden hues, fine and persistent bubbles. White-fleshed fruits (e.g. green apples), some citrus and tropical fruits. Good volume in the mouth, balanced, excellent mousse. Intense, creamy and enveloping.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 6ºC. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 2 years, as long as it is stored in a cool, dark place.

As an appetizer and accompaniment to various starters.
