Winemaking:
After the grape juice has been extracted using a technologically advanced method (decantation centrifuge), it is vinified using tight thermal control at around 16ºC, using active dry yeasts. After vinification, it is aged in cement and stainless steel tanks, for subsequent blending according to the desired parameters.
