Pink colour set. It has an intense aroma of fresh red fruits and glaciers. Fruity flavour, moderate freshness, pleasant mouth volume followed by elegant mousse and remarkable persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, or accompanying various appetizers, oysters, salads, seafood, salads, smoked fish, cheeses.
