Grapes from a single parcel of 30-year-old vines, located in the north of the Cima Corgo Region in a schist / granite transition zone, at an altitude of 600m with predominant southern exposure. Reception without destemming, followed by pressing, clarification at 7ºC for 1 day. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at about 18ºC. Stage for 5 months in stainless steel vats with fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Very exuberant aroma with a predominance of floral characteristics, lemon peel, light vegetable and soft boxwood notes. Elegant with a very present acidity and a very fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with fish and shellfish.
