Deep ruby with violet reflections, expressive aromas of black cherry and currant with green and peppery nuances. Expansive mouth with spicy notes, fresh fruit supported by firm tannins. It ends round and greedy.

Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 16/18°C.

It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, old cheeses, walnuts and pistachios.
