Winemaking:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Then, then wine aged for 8 months in French, National and American oak barrels and later 9 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour with good intensity of wild fruits, blackberry, cherry, blackcurrant, cherry and also chocolate. In the mouth it reveals intense fruit, round and sweet tannins and notes of vanilla. Harmonious and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great to accompany dishes with intense flavour, especially meat.
