Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Showing a fresh fruit, based on red fruits and some more austere and black fruit notes. Very good harmony in the mouth, without edges and ready to be consumed, a pleasant and table-friendly red.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
