Grape Varieties:
Alfrocheiro,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby in colour displaying a range of red fruit characters and floral notes. An intense wine showing balance, fine tannins and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs perfectly with hot dishes, whether they are traditional cuisine (game and roasted meat) or stewed meat (seasoned, white or red). It defies new harmonisations, including with fish, being the choice of the garnish a prominent element for the pairing: rich dishes with the earth/sea confrontation. Another small trick is to use some preparation of red wine in the dish.
