Winemaking:
Complete destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with controlled fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Merlot,Caladoc

Tasting Notes:
Intense, with notes of ripe wild berries. Fruity and full-bodied with a persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 15ºC.

Food Pairing:
Great to accompany strong, well-seasoned dishes.
