The grapes harvested manually come from a shrub vines. The vinification is triggered by a cold extraction, then fermenting the grapes in Lagares, for 2 weeks. The stage is made in a barrel of 500 liters of French oak, about 12 months, in order to guarantee the identity of its origin.

Tasting Notes:
It has a distinct aroma, highlighting the fruity and spicy character associated with aromas of dried leaves, balsamic and cedar. Elegant, excellent acidity and with silky tannins, it presents a long and persistent finish.

Serving temperature 16 - 18ºC.

Ideally suited to meat dishes and strong cheeses.
