Ruby colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit, minerals, hints of cocoa and spices. Very fine-tuned on the palate, with dry, well-rounded tannins, exceptional acidity and a great finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 13-15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with meat dishes, stews and codfish.
