Manual harvest. Careful selection of grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Ruby in colour. It has a very intense, complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is balanced, very elegant, with good acidity and a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
