Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Alfrocheiro,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
With an intense garnet colour, it has a complex aroma of ripe black fruit, spice and vanilla. In the mouth has good volume, the tannins are elegant and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve around 16 – 17º C.
Food Pairing:
Serve with prepared meats, baked dishes and cheeses.
