Winemaking:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with controlled fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels and subsequently aged for 9 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Of good intensity with prominent red fruit notes, black plum, jam, vanilla, and toast. Fruity, smooth, and balanced with good volume, round tannins, and a persistent finish with final notes of vanilla and toast.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with dishes that have an intense flavor, especially meats.
