Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Presence of blackberry and raspberry fruit, jam and vanilla. Fruity with good intensity, fresh with good structure. Long, persistent finish with hints of vanilla.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great with well-seasoned red meat dishes, particularly game and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
