Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Castelão,Trincadeira

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. In Intense aroma, predominant in red fruits, with ripe cherry and raspberry prevailing. The wild fruits and the toast nuances complete this bouquet. Fruity, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is ideal to accompany grilled red meat or with sauces, games and structured cheeses.
