Winemaking:
After strict maturation control, the grapes harvested in mid-September were de-stemmed and fermented in a stainless steel mill, with temperature control and pumping over on foot, for 6 days. The end of fermentation took place in French oak barrels, where this wine remained for 8 months.

Open garnet in colour, this wine has notes of red fruits, spices and toast. It presents an excellent volume in the mouth, with greasiness, aftertaste and persistent finish.

Service Temperature 14ºC-16ºC.

It goes well with grilled fish, such as grilled sardines or sea bass, grilled pork or roast chicken.
