Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and then gently pressed. Inoculated with selected yeasts, the alcoholic fermentation takes place over 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.

Touriga Nacional,Vinhão,Borraçal
Tasting Notes:
Pink colour. Fruity aroma, with notes of red fruit and a slight floral flavour. Slightly sweet, good acidity, elegant and a soft, velvety finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume immediately or within 2 years at the ideal temperature of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with seafood, fish, pasta and white meat dishes.
