Winemaking:
This is a wine, resulting from a blend of three famous grape varieties: Vinhão, Borraçal and Espadeiro. These grapes come from vines with an average age of 25 years. The winemaking process begins with a light cold maceration, followed by bleeding, in which the resulting liquid will be fermented using the white wine method, at controlled temperatures (17ºC). Finally, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats, to later be stabilized and bottled.
