Winemaking:
Wine made with red grapes, and the intensity of the color and the structure of the wines is entirely dependent on the time the skins are in contact with the liquid, as these components are found in the skins.

Tasting Notes:
Pink wine with orange reflections, which acquires amber tones after a few months. It has the typical effervescence of Vinho Verde and a light, young and fruity character. With good acidity and aromatic freshness, with citrus and red fruit notes standing out, it is balanced and has a refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to consume between 8-10º. Like most Vinho Verde wines, it should be drunk young, ideally within a year and a half after harvest.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal to accompany fish, seafood and white meat dishes, as well as various types of starters and salads. It also goes very well on its own, being especially suitable for relaxed moments.
