Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance and light pink colour. Fresh, expressive and delicate aroma, with notes of red fruit, strawberries, raspberries and a slight floral flavour. On the palate, the acidity is soft and well integrated. It finishes fresh, seductive and very appetising.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 7º and 9ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Italian, Asian and other foods as long as they are not too spicy.
