Winemaking begins with a light cold maceration, followed by sangria, in which the resulting liquid is fermented according to the white wine method at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine remains in the batonnâge for 9 months to give it more structure and volume in the mouth.

Espadeiro,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Light pink in colour, with ripe blackberry, raspberry and redcurrant aromas. A very gastronomic rosé with an extraordinary mouth structure, surprising volume and unctuousness.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of between 6 and 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with intense food or spicy dishes.
