Tasting Notes:
Taste of spices, light leather, black fruit, toasted, minerals, an authentic tone. Very polished in the mouth, light and fresh, with some vegetable roughness in the tannins that give it firmness, long and fragrant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for accompanying roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, among many other delicacies of intense flavours and textures.
