Product details

Winemaking:
Complete destemming of the grapes. Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation in the skins for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C with relatively frequent pumping over. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the mass with which it fermented and malolactic fermentation is initiated.

Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended tasting temperature: 15 to 17 °C directly from the can.
