Product details

Winemaking:
Triunvirato Nº 5 is a red wine from Caves Messias, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Baga grape varieties, from three Portuguese regions including Dâo, Douro, and Bairrada. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 8-10 days, followed by 15 days of maceration. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Recommended with grilled meats, risottos and soft cheeses.
