Product details
Wine made from the Pinot Noir variety, grown in the mountains. It is an undated blend, having in its origin wines from several harvests, carefully selected among the best of the producer. This wine results from a careful vinification through the classic “tanning” process, with partial destemming. The resulting must fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26-28ºC), for 7 days. 40% of the blend aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the mythical Adega Regional de Colares.
