Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Excellent in the aromatic expression of the region, deep in the fruit, still somewhat closed, but it feels the spice and the vegetal notes. Very well in the mouth, very expressive, textured and with fine tannins, with a great set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 17 º C and 19 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes as well as spicy and cured sheep cheeses.
