The harvested grapes are taken to the cellar where they are pressed and fermented. After fermentation, the wine goes through a physical process of de-alcoholization through the column called spinning cone This process removes alcohol through vacuum distillation at low temperature, maintaining the aromas and natural flavours of the grape.

Serve on its own or with any kind of food. Lancers goes very well with salads, chicken dishes, Italian and Mexican food. It should be served well chilled at a temperature of 5ºC.
