Tasting Notes:
On the nose, notes of cherry and chocolate stand out. On the palate, it is full-bodied but balanced and elegant, with notes of red fruits, figs and spices, with firm and round tannins and a long and creamy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats in a creamy sauce, cheeses or convent sweets for dessert.
