Product details
Vinification in "lagar" with foot treading, the alcoholic fermentation takes place through the tanning of the solid parts, so that the macerations are smooth, allowing a slow and prolonged extraction of the phenolic components of the grape. This entire process is achieved at a controlled temperature of 22ºC, throughout the vinification process. After extracting the full potential of structure, colour and aromas, a gentle pressing follows. After this process, the wine remains in a vat where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged 8 months in stainless steel vats and 8 months in bottle.
