Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming of the grapes, pre-fermentative maceration for 1 to 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine aged in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour, fresh and fruity aroma where red fruits take center stage. In the mouth it is concentrated and of pleasant texture, at the same time that it demonstrates well present tannins wrapped in a long end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes very well with dishes of grilled red meats, game and strong cheeses.
