Selection of grapes from the best plots of each variety. After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in small boxes. After destemming, the grapes are sent to marble presses where alcoholic fermentation takes place and the grapes are traditionally trodden by foot, followed by a 24-month ageing period in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour with slightly brick-like contours. A distinctly balsamic aroma with notes of peppermint and eucalyptus, light sweet spice, cherry jam and dried blueberry. In the mouth, it keeps the nose of balsams, dense, fresh with a very long finish and tannins with finesse and very high complexity. A wine with unprecedented refinement achieved through ageing. A wine with the essence of terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
